Trip to Bulgaria / The "Stone forrest"
I visited some kilometers west from Varna a Natural Reserv area, which was in the Swedish touristic guide cataloge at the hotel named as the "Stone forrest" - but it wasnīt. Itīs probably a remaining from the Cambro-Silu era and the "Rauks" consist almost entirely from fossiles and the pillars were magnificant and often beautifully covered with flowers.
